Abstract

Mevcut açıklayıcı rapor, bitkisel yağların kullanımı ile elde edilenler gibi, yenilenebilir bileşiklere daha düşük maliyet sağlamaya ek olarak, PVC polimerlerinin özelliklerini geliştirmek için oluşturulmuş polimer katkı maddelerinin teknik alanına ait, bitkisel yağların yağ asitlerinin etanol ve gliserin ile kısmi transesterifikasyondan ve dahası asetilasyondan ve epoksidasyondan elde edilmiş olan epoksitlenmiş biyoesterlerinden oluşan PVC plastikleştiricilerin ve kısmi transesterifikasyondan, asetilasyondan ve epoksidasyondan kaynaklanan biyoesterler ile plastikleştirilmiş PVC bileşiklerinin buluşunun patentini ifade etmektedir. Mevcut buluşun epoksitlenmiş biyoesterleri epoksitlenmiş etil esterler ve asetillenmiş ve epoksitlenmiş mono, di ve trigliseril esterlerin karışımı ile oluşur, 8?den az veya eşit oksiran endeksi gösterir. Bu primer plastikleştiriciler tekniğin şimdiki bilinen durumunda öngörülmeyen PVC bileşiğinin özelliklerine geliştirmeler sağlamaktadırlar, örneğin düşük sıcaklıklarda daha iyi fiziksel özellikler, nihai bileşiğin daha esnek olması, reçinenin yüksek karıştırma verimliliği, alifatik çözücülerin ekstresine karşı geliştirilmiş direnç ve UV bozulmasına karşı geliştirilmiş direnç gibi.
