TARIFNAME Muhtelif Rahatsizliklarin Giderilmesi Ve Önlenmesinde Kullanilmak Üzere Ilaç, Kozmetik Ve Gida Takviyesi (Supplement) Olarak Kullanima Uygun Insan Ve/Veya Hayvan Kaynakli Bir Süt Ürünü Teknik Alan Bulus, muhtelif rahatsizliklarin giderilmesi ve önlenmesinde kullanilmak üzere ilaç, kozmetik ve gida takviyesi (supplement) olarak kullanima uygun insan ve/veya hayvan kaynakli bir süt ürünü ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Süt, memel i lerin yavrularini besledikleri besin degeri oldukça yüksek beyaz renkli bir sivi gidadir. Mevcut teknikte sütten elde edilen bir takim endüstriyel ürünler yer almaktadir. Süt tozu ve peynir alti suyu gida endüstrisinde yaygin olarak kullanilan baslica süt mamullerindendir. Hayvanlarin ve insanlarin disileri, gebelik sirasinda fetusun hücrelerinin çekirdeklerindeki, genlerinin planladigi sekilde gelismesini göbek bagi (umbilical Chord) ile baglandigi plasenta üzerinde genis bir alan tutan, anne ve bebegin kanlarinin karismadigi adina koryon (chorion) denen bir ara yüzden saglar ve fetüsü çevreleyen siviya amniyon (amnion) sivisi denilmektedir. Anne karninda bulunan fetüs, yalnizca göbek bagiyla degil amniyon sivisindan da madde alisverisi yapmaktadir. Bu yolla da IgG ve su gibi gida ve koruyucu maddeler almaktadir. Buradan anlasilacagi üzere hayvanlar ve insanlar, fetüs halinden itibaren ölene kadar vücutlarinin disini kaplayan deriden bazi gidalari alabilmektedir. Mevcut teknikte yer alan süt tozu; süt suyunun buharlastirilip yogunlastirilmasiyla olusan kuru maddenin toz hâline getirilmesiyle elde edilen dayanikli ve besin degeri yüksek bir süt ürünüdür. Süt tozu farkli sekillerde elde edi Iebilmektedir. Süt tozunun mevcut teknikteki tüm üretim yöntemlerinde süt suyu buharlastirilip, kalan madde kullanilmaktadir. Buharlastirilan süt buhari ise atmosfere salinmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte kullanilan peynir alti suyu, peynir üretiminde, peynir alindiktan sonra kovalarinin dibinde biriken, arta kalan sividir. Bazi ülkelerde içecek olarak tüketilir. Gida endüstrisinde yiyeceklerin protein degerinin artirilmasi için toz haline getirilerek katki maddesi olarak kullanilir Peynir alti suyu, isitilarak bir kisim suyu, buharlastirilmakta bir çesit krema haline getirilmekte veya çesitli islem adimlarindan geçirilerek tüm sivisi buharlastirilip kati bir toz haline getirilmektedir. Sonuç olarak peynir alti suyunun kati kismi kullanilmaktadir. Yeni dogan çocuklara ve insanlara faydasi ispatlanmis olan mamalarda katki maddesi ve gida takviyesi olarak kullanilan süt yagi kürecikleri membrani (MFGM-Milk Fat Globule Membrane) peynir alti suyunun civik kremamsi malzemesinden elde edilmektedir. Buharlastirilan su ise atmosfere salinmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte yer alan EP1127494 kodlu Avrupa patent dokümaninda süt tozu hazirlama sürecinden bahsedilmektedir. Bahsedilen süreç; standartlastirilmis bir sütün hazirlanmasi, hazirlanan standartlastirilmis sütü bir önkonsantre elde etmek üzere en az bir evresi olan bir buharlastiriciya verilmesi, ön konsantrenin homojenlestirilmesi, agirlikça en az %50 toplam kati içerige sahip bir konsantre elde etmek için; önkonsantreyi en az bir evresi olan buharlastiricida tekrar buharlastirarak ve konsantreyi püskürterek kurutulmasi islem adimlarina dayanmaktadir. Söz konusu patent dokümaninda bahsedilen islem adimlarindan yapilan buharlastirma sonucunda elde edilen buhar atmosfere salinmaktadir. Ardindan kalan konsantre ürün süt tozuna çevrilerek kullanilmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte yer alan EP1611795 kodlu Avrupa patent dokümaninda Eksi peynir alti suyundan (acid Whey) bir protein konsantresi üretimi için metot ve bu tip bir protein konsantresinin kullanimindan bahsedilmektedir. Bahsedilen bulus, içerisinde eksi peynir alti suyunun bir filtrasyonunun meydana geldigi, içerisinde membranin geçirgenliginin ya da tutma kabiliyetinin eksi peynir alti suyunun içerik maddelerinin mol kütlesine bagli olarak seçildigi, eksi peynir alti suyundan bir protein konsantresinin üretilmesi için metot olup, içerisinde eksi peynir alti suyunun filtrasyonun nano filtrasyon vasitasi ile uygulandigi, protein kisimlarinin ya da peynir alti suyu proteinlerinin ayrilmasi için en azindan bir selektif membran kullanilmasi ile eksi peynir alti suyunun filtrelenmesi, filtre etme sirasinda tutulan içerik maddelerinin isil islemi ve isil isleme tabi tutulmus olan, belirli bir ortalama parçacik büyüklügüne sahip olan partikül ya da parçaciklarin ufaltilmasi adimlarini içermektedir. Söz konusu patent dokümaninda filtre etme sirasinda tutulan içerik maddeler kullanilmaktadir. Peynir alti suyunun buharlastirilmasi ve buharin yogunlastirilarak kullanilmasi gibi bir durum söz konusu degildir. Mevcut teknikte genellikle teshis amaçli kullanilan BT (Bilgisayarli tomografi), X-isinlari ile vücudun incelenen bölgesinin kesitsel görüntüsünü olusturan bir radyolojik yöntemdir. X isini kullanildigindan radyasyon içerrnektedir. Bununla birlikte kanser teshisi konulan insanlar kemoterapi görmektedir. Kemoterapide kullanilan ilaçlar yine vücuda zarar vermektedir. Örnegin kanser: tipta bilindigi üzere kanserli hücreler bir insanin ya da hayvanin hayati boyunca vücudunda 7-8 kere olusur ve vücut onu (kanseri) 6-7 kere yener. Bunun anlami sudur: vücut yeterince güçlü ise kendi olanaklari ile kanseri yenmektedir. Ama diger taraftan reklamlar ve bilgi afislerinde "erken teshis can kurtarir, muhakkak her sene kontrolden geçin" seklinde bilgi verilmektedir. Bulusun Detayli Açiklamasi Süt, memeli canlilarin yavrularini besledikleri, memelerinden gelen, besin degeri yüksek beyaz sividir. Bulus, kapali sistemde kaynatilan sütün buharinin sogutularak sivi haline getirilmesi ile elde edilen madde ile ilgilidir. Alternatif uygulamalarda bulus, buhar olarak da kullanilabilmektedir. Bulus konusu ürün farkli yöntemlerle elde edilebilmektedir. Inek sütünün degisebilmektedir. Bahsedilen kuru maddenin haricinde süt içerisinde çesitli faydali bilesenler bulunmaktadir. Süt içerisinde bulunan kuru madde haricindeki bilesenler belli basinç veya vakum degerlerine göre farkli sicakliklarda buharlastirilabiImektedir. Bulus, bahsedilen buharlastirma islemi neticesinde kaynayan sütün olusan buharinin yogunlastirilmasi ile elde edilen bir üründür. Renk, koku ve tadi suya benzemektedir. Alternatif uygulamalarda bulusu elde etmek için farkli sütler kullanilabilecegi için farkli renk, koku ve tatta da olabilmektedir. Bulus konusu ürünü elde etmek için insan, inek, koyun, keçi, manda, kisrak, deve, fil, balina, kedi, fare, köpek, ada tavsani, ren geyigi veya esek sütlerinin biri veya birkaçi kullanilabilmektedir. Bulusun alternatif bir uygulamasinda elde edilen ürün krem formuna veya kati (buz) forma dönüstürülerek kullanilabilmektedir. Bunun yani sira tablet, kapsül, draje, süspansiyon, surup, toz, granül, solüsyon, ovül, losyon, jel, ampül, flakon, aerosol (inhaler) Vb. ilaç formlarinda da kullanilabilmektedir. Bahsedilen tablet, kapsül, draje, toz, granül formlarinda bulunan bulus konusu ürün 1000 ila 4000 mg/gün araliginda dozlarda kullanilmaktadir. Yine bahsedilen sivi, süspansiyon, surup, solüsyon, ovül, losyon, jel, ampül formlarinda bulunan bUlUS konusu ürün 1 ila 4 CC/ gün araliginda dozlarda kullanilmaktadir. Bulus konusu ürün çesitli yöntemler ile çesitli sekillerde kullanilabilmektedir: - Oral yoldan; gida, gida takviyesi olarak alinabilmektedir. Bulus konusu ürün genel olarak sistematik (parenteral, inhalasyon, enteral, transdermal) ve/veya lokal (cilt üzerine, cilt içine, intratekal, intraplevral, intraperitoneal, intrakardiyak, intraartiküler, intrauterin, intravajinal, rektum veya kolon içine, konjonktiva üzerine, intanazal, agiz içi (bukal)) ilaç uygulama yöntemlerinin tamami ile uygulanabilmektedir. Bulus, hastalik teshis ürünü olarak kullanilabilmektedir. Bulus, rahatsizlik duyulan bölgeye ve/veya basa uygulandiginda rahatsizligin azalmadigi veya geçmedigi görülürse hastaligin ciddi oldugu ve baska yöntemlerle tedavi edilmesi gerektigi anlasilmaktadir. Bulus, oral ve/veya lokal uygulama yolla kullanildiginda tokluk hissi vermektedir. Insanlarda özellikle küçük çocuklarda az miktarda oral yolla kullanildiginda tokluk hissi vermektedir. B u sayede olasi bir obezite rahatsizliginin önüne geçilmektedir. Bulus, insan vücuduna direkt olarak uygulanabildigi gibi süt buharinin sivilastirilmadan alinip, buhar olarak da uygulanabilmektedir. Bahsedilen uygulama yöntemi, sauna benzeri odalarda ortama buhar olarak veya Sprey seklinde verilebilmektedir. Bulus alternatif bir uygulamada, peynir alti suyundan elde edilen bir ürün olup; yorgunluk, iskemik atak, katarakt, öksürük ataklari, ateslenme, nefes darligi, kalp rahatsizligi, incinme, kesik ya da zedelenme sonucu olusan yaralanma, eklem agrilari, saç dökülmesi, dis eti hastaliklari sonucu olusan dis sallanmasi, sürekli yemek yeme istegi olan yeme bozukluklari, meniden kan gelmesi, meni miktarinin az olmasi ve genellikle çocuklarda görülen hiperaktifligin önlenmesi ve tedavisinde kullanilmak üzere peynir alti suyunun kapali bir kapta isitilarak, basinç veya vakum altinda kaynatilmasi ile çikan buharinin sogutulup yogusturulmasi ile elde edilen sivi bir maddedir. Bulus konusu ürün vücuda enjekte edilecegi zaman serum fizyolojik hale getirilir yani %0,9 oraninda NaCl, %99,1 oraninda bulus ürünle karistirilir. Serum Fizyolojik insan ya da hayvan vücuduna herhangi bir tedavi edici toz formundaki ilacin, vücuda enjektörle uygulanmasi esnasinda erimesini saglayan %0.9 oraninda eritilmis NaCl ihtiva eden saf sudan imal edilen ve ampuller içinde kullanima hazir tutulan bir maddedir. Herhangi bir enjekte edilebilir ilaç, bir flakonun içindedir ve muhakkak ampulüyle birlikte verilir. Hastaya tatbik eden kisi ampulün tepesini kirar içindeki serum fizyolojigi enjektöre çekerek doldurur.
