Abstract
Bu buluş; kantar, terazi vb. ağırlık ölçen cihazlarda kuvvetin elektrik sinyali haline dönüştürülmesinde kullanılan hermetik özellikteki yük hücrelerinde hermetikliğin 10 bozulduğunun algılanması dolayısı ile ölçüm değerinin doğruluğunun kontrol edilmesi için yöntem ve bu yönteme uygun üretilen basınç sensörlü yük hücresi (lood cell) ile ilgilidir.
