Abstract

Buluş, bir birincil iplik olarak PVA ipliği (21) ve bir ikincil iplikten (22) mozaik iplik (20) üretimi, PVA içerikli mozaik ipliğin (20) atkı ve/veya çözgü ipliği (A, B) olarak dokuma işlemine katılmasıyla ham dokuma kumaş elde edilmesi, ham kumaşın sıcak su ile yıkanması ile yapı içerisindeki PVA ipliklerinin (21) erimesi ve eriyen PVA ipliklerinin (21) kumaşta boşluklar meydana getirmesi ile efektli dokunmuş kumaş (10) oluşturulmasını içeren bir üretim yöntemidir.
