Abstract
Burada sunulan ve ortaya konan unsurlar, karbon fiber ile bir termoplastik reçine arasındaki ara yüzey bağının mükemmel düzeyde olduğu ve ayrıca dinamik karakteristiklerin de mükemmel düzeyde olduğu bir karbon fiber takviyeli termoplastik reçine bileşimi ve bir kalıplama malzemesi, bir prepreg ve bunların üretimine yönelik bir yöntemdir. Karbon fiber takviyeli termoplastik reçine bileşimi, aşağıda belirtilen (A) ve (B) bileşenlerini, karbon fiberi ve bir termoplastik reçineyi ihtiva eder: bileşen (A): (A1) iki veya daha fazla sayıda fonksiyonu bulunan bir epoksi bileşiği ve/veya (A2) bir veya daha fazla sayıda fonksiyonu bulunan bir epoksi grubu barındıran ve bir hidroksil grubu, bir amid grubu, bir imid grubu, bir üretan grubu, bir üre grubu, bir sülfonil grubu ve bir sülfo grubu arasından seçilen bir veya daha fazla sayıda fonksiyonel grup çeşidine sahip olan bir epoksi bileşiği; ve bileşen (B): kütle bakımından 100 parça bileşen (A)'ya kıyasla kütle bakımından 0,1 ile 25 parça arası bir miktarda olmak üzere, [a] bir spesifik tersiyer amin bileşiği (tuzu) (B1), [b] bir spesifik kuaterner amonyum tuzu (B2) ve [c] bir kuaterner fosfonyum tuzu ve/veya fosfin bileşiği (B3) arasından seçilen en az bir adet reaksiyon hızlandırıcı.
