CN basvuru numarali SlPO patent dokümaninda agartmanin 60-80 °C araliginda 40-70 dk arasinda tamamlandigi düsük sicaklikta agartmanin yapilabilecegi bir çesit katalizörden bahsedilmektedir. Söz konusu katalizör, hidrojen peroksit, glisin metal komplex, kostik soda, sizma temizleme ve stabilize etme katalizörleri içermektedir. Söz konusu kimyasasal bilesen 6-10g/L oraninda %30 hidrojen peroksit, oraninda kostik soda, 0.5-29/L oraninda penetrasyon temizleme ajani içermektedir. Ortaya koyudugumuz bulusumuz, 60 °C sicaklikta 50 dakika gerçeklesen kasar prosesini ortaya koymaktadir. Bu sayede selülozik temelli olan pamuk elyafindan agartma prosesi sirasinda minimum fire verilmesi saglanmistir. Sonuç olarak yukarida bahsedilen tüm sorunlar, ilgili alanda bir yenilik yapmayi zorunlu hale getirmistir.
