Önceki Teknik Ön tampon araç gövdesine üstten, yandan ve alttan vidalar ve tirnaklar vasitasi ile baglanmaktadir. C profil formunda olan ön tamponun, araç gövdesine baglanmasi için en uygun noktalar alt ve üst uç kisimlardir, orta bölgeden baglanti yapilabilmesi gövde, crash box, radyatör ve tampon toleranslarinin uygun olmamasi nedeni ile mümkün olmamaktadir. The center of gravity can be located quite far from the connection areas depending on the front bumper style and due to the tolerance problems mentioned above, a connection cannot be made close to the center of gravity. Due to the effect of weight, the front bumper can sag downwards in the z-axis in the belly area, and this can cause gap profile problems with surrounding parts such as the engine hood and headlight. The front bumper is among the most important parts that attract the attention of customers in terms of aesthetic perception.
