TARIFNAME Plastik Sise Uretiminde Sekilsel Ve Boyutsal Kontrol Yöntemi Ve Bu Yöntemin Gerçeklesmesini Saglayan Mastar Kapi Teknik Alan Bulus, plastik sise üretiminde sekilsel ve boyutsal kalite kontrol isleminin yapilmasini saglayan bir yöntem ve bu yöntemin gerçeklesmesini saglayan bir mastar kapi yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle; plastik sise üretimi sirasinda, sisirme ünitesinden çikan nihai ürünün (sise), sekilsel ve boyutsal kontrolünü saglayan; tolerans degeri ve ürünün dis konturlarinin baz alindigi bir yöntem olup; bahsedilen yöntemin gerçeklesmesini saglayan bir mastar kapi yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Günümüzde, ambalaj sektöründe yaygin olarak kullanilan plastik siseler, cam siselerin daha maliyetli olmasi, kirildiginda kisiye zarar vermesi, agir olmasi gibi bir çok nedenden dolayi son yillarda önem kazanmistir. Plastik sise içine dolum yaparak üretim yapan hatlarin hizlari, gelisen teknoloji sayesinde her geçen gün artmaktadir. Ancak buna bagli olarak, siselerde meydana gelen hatalarin önemi de artmaktadir. Bir tane bile hatali sise, dolum hattinda ciddi aksamalara, maliyet kayiplarina neden olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle üretilen siselerin, her türlü kalite kontrol isleminin yapilmasi önem tasimaktadir. Mevcutta, siselerin boyutsal kontrolleri, belirli zaman araliklarinda üretim hattindan alinan numuneler ile yapilmaktadir. Bütün mamüllerin kontrolü de mümkün olmadigindan, söz konusu kalite kontrol islemi örnekleme ile yapilmakta ve bu yöntem de istatistik kurallari içinde alinacak 'Örnek sayisi ve buna bagli yapilan hesaplarla belirli bir % içinde sonuç vermektedir. Seri üretim hatlari için bu sekilde alinacak örneklemede seçilen Örnekleme miktarina bagli olarak hata % si vardir ve çok azda olsa hatali siseler dolum hatlarinda ciddi duruslara neden olabilmektedir. Bulusta tüm siseler %100 kontrolden geçmektedir. Boyutsal kontrolün yapildigi diger bir kalite kontrol yontemi ise kamera-optik sistemleriyle ürünün kontrol edilmesidir. Ancak bahsedilen yöntem, ciddi yüksek maliyetler gerektirmekte, bu nedenle de her firma tarafindan tercih edilememektedir. Yukarida bahsedilen mevcut manuel ölçme teknikleri ve yüksek maliyetli kamera-optik sistemleri mevcut problemlerin çözümlerinde yetersiz kalmakta, ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapmayi zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Bulusun Amaci Mevcut bulus, yukarida bahsedilen gereksinimleri karsilayan, tüm dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran ve ilave bazi avantajlar getiren, plastik sise üretiminde boyutsal kalite kontrol isleminin yapilmasini saglayan bir yöntem ve bu yöntemin gerçeklesmesini saglayan mastar kapi yapilanmasidir. Bulusun amaci; üretim hattinda olusabilecek sekilsel boyutsal hatalari tespit etmektir. Bulusun amaci; üretim hattinda olusabilecek aksamalari ve maliyet kayiplarini engellemektir. Bulus, tercih edilen yapilanmasinda; bahsedilen mastar kapi yapilanmasi, sisirme makinesinden çikan nihai ürünün boyutsal tolerans degerlerinin hesaplanarak olusturulan tolerans boslugu içermektedir. State of the Art In recent years, plastic bottles, widely used in the packaging industry, have gained importance due to many reasons, including the higher cost of glass bottles, the risk of injury if broken, and their heavier weight. The speed of production lines that fill plastic bottles is increasing day by day thanks to developing technology. However, the importance of defects in the bottles is also increasing. Even one defective bottle can cause serious disruptions and cost losses in the filling line. Therefore, it is important to perform all kinds of quality control processes on the bottles produced. Currently, dimensional control of the bottles is carried out by taking samples from the production line at certain time intervals. Since it is not possible to control all products, this quality control process is done by sampling, and this method gives results within a certain percentage with the number of samples taken and the calculations made based on this, according to statistical rules. In mass production lines, sampling in this manner has an error percentage depending on the sample size selected, and even a small number of defective bottles can cause serious downtime in filling lines. In this invention, all bottles undergo 100% inspection. Another quality control method where dimensional control is performed is checking the product with camera-optical systems. However, this method requires significantly high costs and therefore cannot be preferred by every company. The existing manual measurement techniques and high-cost camera-optical systems mentioned above are insufficient in solving the current problems, making it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. The Purpose of the Invention The present invention is a method and a gauge gate structure that enables the dimensional quality control process in plastic bottle production, which meets the requirements mentioned above, eliminates all disadvantages, and brings some additional advantages. The purpose of the invention is; The aim of this invention is to detect dimensional and shape errors that may occur in the production line. The goal of the invention is to prevent disruptions and cost losses in the production line. The aim of the invention is to reduce labor costs. The aim of the invention is to create a practical, simple, and low-cost method for the control mechanism. To achieve all the advantages mentioned above and detailed below, the present invention is a structure that provides dimensional and shape control of the final product (bottle) exiting the blow molding unit during plastic bottle production; this structure is in the form of a gauge gate structure. In its preferred structure, the invention includes a control passage area created based on the outer contours of the final product (bottle) exiting the blow molding machine. The aforementioned master gate design includes a tolerance gap created by calculating the dimensional tolerance values of the final product exiting the blow molding machine. The invention also provides a method for dimensional and shape control of the final product exiting the blow molding unit during plastic bottle production. Unlike previous techniques, this method involves a step where the bottle exiting the blow molding machine is dimensionally and shapely controlled on the conveyor belt. The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood through the figures and detailed explanations provided below, and therefore, the evaluation should be made taking these figures and detailed explanations into account. The gauge gate (3); The control gate (3.1) allows the passage of products with the same shape and dimensions as the standard final product (bottle) (2), and the tolerance values of the dimensions of the final product (2) are created with a tolerance determined depending on the bottle design (e.g., +-0.5 - 1.0 mm). While the final product (2) produced with the correct shape and dimensions easily passes through the said gauge gate (3), plastic bottles (2) produced with incorrect dimensions cannot pass through the gauge gate (3) and are removed from the blow molding machine's output belt (conveyor) (4). Thus, by using the gauge gate (3), a cost-effective and practical structure and method is obtained, which ensures both the shape and dimension control of the final product (2), which is plastic bottles.
