Buluş, vücudun tercih edilen bölgesel yerlerine bakım ve/veya rahatlama sağlamak için tercih edilen vücut bölgesi üzerine konumlandırılan giysinin dış yüzeyine oluşturan en az bir su bazlı silikon yüzey (1),bahsedilen giysinin temel katmanını oluşturmak üzere sıcak buhar üreten bir pres ütü vasıtası ile su bazlı silikon yüzey (1) üzerine lamine edilerek akuple edilen tercihen en az bir bambu kumaş tabaka (2)içeren giysi yapılanması geliştirilmiştir.
