Abstract

Mevcut buluş 8 ila 16 mg tiyokolşikozit içeren uzatılmış salimli günde bir kez alınan farmasotik kompozisyonla ilgilidir. Kompozisyon tiyokolşikozit ile birtikte salımı kontrol eden bir polimer içerir. Formulasyondan tiyokolşikozit'ın %35 ila %65 oranındaki bölümü IN HCl ortamında ilk saat içinde salınmaktadır. Kompozisyon günde iki kez alınan konvansiyonel tabletlerle biyoeşdeğerdir.
