Abstract
Pnömotoraks akciğerde intraplevral boşluğun hava ile dolması ve akciğer kollapsınm yaşanmasıdır.Trafik kazaları, ateşli silah yaralanmaları,spor yaralanmaları gibi birçok nedenden oluşabilir. Portatif pnömotoraks cihazı pnömotoraks tedavisinde birçok kolaylık sağlamaktadır. Buluşun ana yapısını basınç sensörü (10 veya 16) ve vakum motoru oluşturmaktadır. Sistem basitçe plevral boşluktaki basıncın basınç sensörleriyle (10 veya 16) algılanıp mikroişlemcide değerlendirilerek intraplevral boşluktan havanın vakum motoru yardımıyla atılması ve intraplevral basıncın normal değerlerine dönmesinin sağlanması esasına dayanmaktadır. Tedavi süresini çok düşük seviyelere indiren (günler, haftalardan saat hatta dakikalara), hastanın tedavi sırasında acı duymasını olabildiğince azaltan ve tedavi masrafını çok düşük seviyelere indiren buluş pnömotoraks tedavisinde yaşanan ciddi sıkıntıların ortadan kaldırılmasını sağlıyor.Pneumothorax is the filling of the intrapleural space in the lung with air and lung collapse. It can occur for many reasons such as traffic accidents, gunshot injuries, sports injuries. Portable pneumothorax device provides many conveniences in pneumothorax treatment. The main structure of the invention is the pressure sensor (10 or 16) and the vacuum motor. The system is based on the principle that the pressure in the pleural cavity is detected by pressure sensors (10 or 16) and evaluated in the microprocessor, and the air is evacuated from the intrapleural space with the help of a vacuum motor and the intrapleural pressure returns to its normal values. The invention, which reduces the treatment time to very low levels (days, weeks to hours or even minutes), reduces the pain of the patient during the treatment as much as possible, and reduces the treatment cost to very low levels, eliminating the serious problems experienced in the treatment of pneumothorax.
