Abstract

Sıcak hava ile (Konveksiyonel) gıda kurutma sisteminde gıdaları kuruturken primer enerji kaynağı olarak güneş enerjisini kullanarak sıcak hava elde edilmesi, bununla birlikte klasik biyokütle, motorin veya gaz kullanan sıcak hava üretim cihazlarının sekonder sıcak hava üretimi olarak sistemde kalarak hibrid enerji sistemi ile kurutma işleminin gerçekleştirilmesidir. Kurutulacak gıdalar mantar, domates, biber, elma, kayısı, incir, muz, aromatik bitkiler vs olabilir Kurutma için gerekli olan sıcak hava ihtiyacı sistemde bulunan sıcak hava üretim panelleri ile karşılanacak ve brülörlü sıcak hava üretim cihazları ile desteklenecektir. Sıcak hava üretim panelleri primer kurutma enerjisi sağlayan kısımdır. Çerçeve, ışığı soğuran metal, cam, ayna ve servomotor tahrikli güneş izleme sisteminden oluşmaktadır Işığı soğuran metal hem üstten hem alttan güneş ışınlarına maruz bırakılarak ısınması sağlanır. Metalin cidarlarından geçirilen hava metale temas ettiğinden dolayı ısınır ve kurutma ısı enerjisi buradan sağlanmış olur.It is the production of hot air by using solar energy as the primary energy source while drying food in the hot air (Convectional) food drying system, however, it is the process of drying with the hybrid energy system by remaining in the system as the secondary hot air generation of the hot air production devices using conventional biomass, diesel or gas. . Food to be dried can be mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, apples, apricots, figs, bananas, aromatic plants, etc. The hot air requirement for drying will be met by the hot air production panels in the system and will be supported by hot air production devices with burner. Hot air production panels are the part that provides primary drying energy. The frame consists of a metal, glass, mirror and servomotor driven solar tracking system that absorbs the light. As the air passed through the walls of the metal contacts the metal, it heats up and the drying heat energy is provided here.
