Abstract

Bu buluş, mobilya, ayakkabı, çanta, giyim ve aksesuar sektöründe kullanılmak amacıyla üretilen bir tur suni deri ve bu suni derinin üretimi için geliştirilen üretim yöntemi ile ilgili olup; bu buluş ile geliştirilen üretim yöntemi kullanılarak, su bazlı poliüretan ve/veya akrilik, lateks, boya ve diğer yardımcı kimyasalların yeni geliştirilen bir köpük makinesinde hava yardımıyla köpürtülerek gözenekli yapıya kavuşturulması ile elde edilen ara ürünün (tabaka) farklı suni deri üretim proseslerinde kullanılması sonucu elde edilen suni deri, gözenekli (sungerimsi) dokusu ve kıvrımlı yüzey görünümü ile doğal deriye yakın özellikler sergilemektedir.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a type of artificial leather produced for use in the furniture, footwear, bags, clothing and accessories sector, and the method of manufacture for the manufacture of such artificial leather; by using the production method developed by the present invention, the intermediate product (layer) obtained by foaming water-based polyurethane and / or acrylic, latex, paint and other auxiliary chemicals into a porous structure by means of air in a newly developed foam machine is obtained by using in different artificial leather production processes.
