Abstract
Corynebacterium glutamicum'dan türetilmiş yeni PTS proteinlerini şifreleyen PTS nükleik asit molekülleri adlı izole edilmiş nükleik asit molekülleri tarif edilmektedir. Buluş anti duyarlı nükleik asit molekülleri, PTS nükleik asit molekülleri ihtiva eden yeniden birleştirici tanım vektörleri ve tanım vektörlerinin yerleştirildiği konakçı hücreler de sağlar. Hali hazırda buluş ayrıca izole edilmiş PTS proteinleri, mutasyon geçirmiş PTS proteinleri, füzyon proteinleri, antijenik peptitler ve bu organizmadaki PTS genlerinin genetik mühendisliğine dayanarak arzu edilen bir bileşiğin C. Glutamicum'dan üretiminin geliştirilmesine yönelik metotlar sağlar.Isolated nucleic acid molecules, named PTS nucleic acid molecules, encoding novel PTS proteins derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing PTS nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors are introduced. The present invention also provides methods for improving the production of a desired compound from C. Glutamicum based on isolated PTS proteins, mutated PTS proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides, and genetic engineering of PTS genes in this organism.
