Abstract

13.02 2002 tarih ve 24670 sayılı Resmi Gazetede 2002/9 tebliğ no ile yayınlanan "Türk Gıda Kodeksi Gıda Maddelerinin ve Gıda Bileşenlerinin Üretiminde Kullanılan Ekstraksiyon Çözücüleri Tebliği" nde Ek.3 Bolümde aroma maddelerinin ekstraksiyonunda kullanılmasına izin verilen sıvı haldeki 1,1,1,2-tetrafloroetan (TFE) isimli çözücü ile paslanmaz çelik kazanlarda ürünü yüzeyden yıkamak suretiyle aflatoksinlerin önemli oranlarda uzaklaştırılması mümkün olabilmektedir. Böyle bir arıtma sonunda üründe herhangi bir fiziksel değişme görülmemektedir. Temizleme sonunda, yıkama çözücüsü olan 1,1,1,2-tetrafloroethan kalıntısı üründe kalmamaktadır. Çünkü bu çözücünün kaynama noktası (-26 C) dir Normal şartlarda, oda sıcaklığında bu çözücü üründen buharlaşarak ayrılmakta ve Çözücü Tebliğinde belirtilen 0.02 mg/kg kalıntı limiti aşılmamaktadır. Bu işlem bir detoksifıkasyon işlemi olmayıp ürünün yüzeyden çözücüyle yıkanarak aflatoksinlerin uzaklaştırılması (removal of aflatoxins) işlemi olmaktadır.
