Abstract
Kendinden Kıvrılabilirliği Yüksek Polyester Konjuge iplik Ve Bunun Üretim Yöntemi Açıklanmış olan zati akışkanlıkları arasında büyük fark bulunan ikitip polyester içeren ve yan yana kesit yapısında uzunlamasına düzenlenebilmesi için çift komponentli eğirilmeye tabi tutulmuş olan konjuge ipliktir. Burada iki tip polimerden birinci polimer zati akışkanlığı 0,45-0,65 olan polietilentereftalat ve ikinci polimer zati akışkanlığı 0,90-1,10 olan politrimetüentereftalat'dır. Konjuge,üstün eğirilebpirliği ve yüksek benzerli endeksi konusunda avantajlıdır. Ek olarak, konjuge iplik boyama ve bitirme işlemine ait olan dinlendirici ısı muamelesinde yüksek kendinden krvnlabilirlik özelliği gösterir ve aynı zamanda, politrimetüentereftalat'm özelliklerisayesinde, dokunan ürünlerde oldukça fezla bir yumuşaklık hissi ile güzel renkler ve üstün kumaş dökümü ve dolgunluk yaratılmaktadır.Polyester Conjugated Yarn With High Self-Brenchability And Its Production Method It is a conjugated yarn containing two types of polyester with a great difference in their intrinsic fluidity, which has been subjected to two-component spinning so that it can be arranged longitudinally side by side in the cross-sectional structure. Here, of the two types of polymers, the first polymer is polyethylene terephthalate with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.45-0.65, and the second polymer is polytrimethylterephthalate with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.90-1.10. Conjugate is advantageous in its superior spinnability and high similarity index. In addition, the conjugated yarn shows high self-extensibility in the soothing heat treatment, which belongs to the dyeing and finishing process, and at the same time, thanks to the properties of polytrimethylenterephthalate, beautiful colors and superior fabric drape and fullness are created in the woven products with a very soft feeling.
