Abstract

Streptomyces clavuligerus veya mutantlarinin seçilmis ve/veya kültür toplanmis türlerini kullanan aerobik suya daldirilmis kültürleri içeren fermantasyon tekniginin kullanilmasiyla klavulanik asit üretimi için bir yöntemdir. Bundan dolayi kültürleme bir veya daha fazla organik azot kompleks kaynaklarinin kültür ortami içine sürekli veya yari sürekli besleme kullanan fermantasyon yoluyla gerçeklestirilir ve böylece filtrelenmis et suyundaki protein konsantrasyonu belli sinirlar içinde fermantasyon süresince kontrol edilir.
