Abstract
Içi bos bir yiyecek ürününün hazirlanmasi amaciyla bir sis çevresinde bir yiyecek kütlesinin sekillendirilmesini saglayan bir alet ve yöntem, bir bosluga sahip bir silindirin ve çevresinde yiyecek kütlesinin sekillendirilecegi bir sisin kullanilmasina dayanir. Silindir ve sis, silindirin uzunlamasina ekseni boyunca birbirine göre hareket edebilir. Yiyecek kütlesinin, sis ve silindirin iç çeperi arasinda saglanan boslugun içine sokulmasi için vasitalar saglanmistir. Alet, silindir boslugunun içine alinabilen bir pistonu içerir. Piston ve silindir, silindirin uzunlamasina dogrultusunda nispi olarak hareket edebilirler. Daha özel olarak, silindir ve sis/pistondan olusan düzenek, silindirin uzunlamasina dogrultusunda en azindan iki konum arasinda, diger bir deyisle bir birinci konum ile ikinci bir konum arasinda birbirlerine göre hareket edebilirler.
