Abstract

Bulusta termoplastik malzemeden imal edilmis çok filamali bir ipligin çekilmesine yönelik bir islem ve düzenek anlatilir. Burada termoplastik malzeme iplik çekme memesiyle kaliplanarak filaman çilesi biçimini alir ve katilastiktan sonra iplik olarak sarilir. Filaman çilesi filamanlar katilasmayacak seklide iplik çekme memesinin altindaki sogutma bölgesinde ön sogutmaya tabi tutulur ve sonra iplik ilerleme dogrultusunda olusturulan bir sogutucu ortam akimi etkisi altinda bir gerilme bölgesine kilavuzlanir ve burada iplik ilerleme yönüne dogrultulan bir sogutucu ortam akiminin etkisiyle katilasacak sekilde sogutulmaya devam edilir, özelligi filamanlarin bölgesinin konumunun önden belirlenmis gerekli bir bölgede tutulacak sekilde ayarlanabilmesidir.
