Terftalik asit üretmek için su adimlari içeren islem: dialkil ikameli aromatik ve organik astik solvenden olusan besleme olusturmak; besleme akimini hacimce en az %50 oksijen içeren buhar akimiyla, karistirilan bir tank reaktöründe temas ettirmek; organik asit ve sudan olusan bir buhar akimini çikarmak; organik asit ve suyun bir kismini yogunlastirmak; buhar akimindan ayrilan organik asitten gelen suyun en azindan bir kismini ayirmak;yogunlastirilmis organik asitten en azindan bir kismini reaktöre geri göndermek; reaktörden bir diasit ikameli aromatigin kati kristallerini izole etmek; diasit ikameli aromatigin kati kristallerinden agirlikça en az %97 saflikta bir diasit ikameli aromatik elde etmek.The process involving water steps to produce terephthalic acid: to form a feed consisting of dialkyl substituted aromatic and organic austic solvent; contacting the feedstream with a stream of steam containing at least 50% oxygen by volume in a stirred tank reactor; removing a steam stream of organic acid and water; condensing a part of organic acid and water; separating at least some of the water from the organic acid separated from the steam stream, returning at least some of the condensed organic acid back to the reactor; isolating the solid crystals of a diacid-substituted aromatics from the reactor; Obtaining a diacid-substituted aromatic of at least 97% purity from the solid crystals of the diacid-substituted aromatics.
