Abstract
Önerilen dis firçasi kaliplama yönteminde, sekil olarak dis firçasi gövdesine karsi gelen en azindan bir kaliplama boslugu olusturan nispeten hareketli kalip parçalarina sahip bir kalip kullanilmaktadir. Kalip parçalarindan biri, benzer sayida elyaf kümesinin bosluk bölümü içine kismi sokulusu için birden çok delige sahip bosluk bölümünü olusturan bir firça kafasina sahiptir. Plastiklestirilmis kaliplama malzemesi basinç altinda bosluk içine enjekte edilmektedir. Bosluk içindeki basinç enjeksiyon asamasi esnasinda duyulmaktadir. Bosluk içindeki basinç önceden saptanmis bir basinç degerini astiginda enjeksiyon durdurulmakta, böylece, deliklerin içinden kaliplama malzemesinin herhangi bir sizintisinin önüne geçilmis olmaktadir.
