23 kilodaltonluk bir polipeptiti (p23) kodlayan izole edilmis yaslanmayla iliskili bir nükleik asit molekülü; kültürlenmis hücrelerde 23 kilodalton polipeptiti eksprese etmek için yönteler; rekombinan p23 polipeptitleri, p23 eksprese eden ekspresyon vektörleri ve konak hücreleri ve p23'e karsi antikorlar açiklanmaktadir. Ayrica yaslanmayi modüle etmek üzere p23'ü kullanmak için ve biyolojik örneklerde p23 ekspresyonunu belirlemek için yöntemler sunulmaktadir.
