Abstract
Bu bulus bir laminasyon ile kart hazirlama yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Ilk önce bir birinci sentetik tabaka (1) sicak presleme yöntemiyle bir birinci perdahlama plakasina (4) perdahlanir. Ayni islem bir ikinci sentetik tabaka (2) ve bir ikinci perdahlama plakasina (5) uygulanir. Bu iki tabaka perdahlama plakalarindan ayrilmadan diger tabakalar (3,6,7) ile lamine edilirler, söz konusu sentetik tabakalar (1,2) harici katmanlar olarak kullanilir. Perdahlama plakalarindan biri, sentetik tabaka üzerine rölyef olarak basilmasi öngörülen üç boyutlu bir motif ihtiva edebilir. Laminatlama degisik katmanlarin (1,6,3,7,2) soguk presleme ile gerçeklestirilir, lamine kart iki perdahlama plakasi (4,5) arasinda bulunur.This invention relates to a lamination and card preparation method. First, a first synthetic layer (1) is polished to a first calendering plate (4) by hot pressing. The same process is applied to a second synthetic layer (2) and a second buffing plate (5). These two layers are laminated with other layers (3,6,7) without being separated from the calendering plates, said synthetic layers (1,2) are used as external layers. One of the calendering plates may contain a three-dimensional motif intended to be printed as a relief on the synthetic layer. Lamination is carried out by cold pressing of different layers (1,6,3,7,2), the laminated board is located between the two finishing plates (4,5).
