Abstract
H.pylori polipeptidlerinin rekombinan ya da esas olarak saf preparasyonlari açiklanmaktadir. Bu polipeptidleri kodlayan nükleik asitler de açiklanmaktadir. H. pylori polipeptidleri teshis ve asi bilesimlerinde kullanilmaktadir.Recombinant or essentially pure preparations of H.pylori polypeptides are described. Nucleic acids encoding these polypeptides are also disclosed. H. pylori polypeptides are used in diagnosis and rebellious combinations.
