Abstract

La présente invention concerne une unité (1) d'élevage d'insectes comprenant une enceinte close (2) et un système de contrôle destiné à imposer et/ou réguler des conditions environnementales dans l'enceinte close; l'enceinte close (2) comprenant un compartiment supérieur (3) destiné à contenir des insectes au stade adulte comprenant des sas pivotant (6); un compartiment inférieur (5) destiné à recevoir des oeufs d'insectes; et au moins un élément de séparation (4) desdits compartiments supérieur (3) et inférieur (5) comprenant des pores et tel que lesdits compartiments inférieur (5) et supérieur (3) sont amovibles et séparables de l'enceinte (2), indépendamment l'un de de l'autre; l'invention comprend également un système conjugué de production d'insectes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins trois modules isolés de l'atmosphère extérieure, agencés dans une enceinte commune, notamment un module comprenant au moins une unité (1) d'élevage d'insectes; un module comprenant une unité de culture de plantes nourricières destinées à nourrir les insectes; et un module comprenant une unité d'abattage destinée à l'abattage responsable des insectes; l'invention concerne encore une méthode d'élevage d'insectes.<br />  The present invention relates to an insect breeding unit (1) comprising a closed enclosure (2) and a control system for imposing and/or regulating environmental conditions in the closed enclosure; the closed enclosure (2) comprising an upper compartment (3) for containing adult insects comprising pivoting airlocks (6); a lower compartment (5) for receiving insect eggs; and at least one separating element (4) of said upper (3) and lower (5) compartments comprising pores and such that said lower (5) and upper (3) compartments are removable and separable from the enclosure (2), independently of each other; the invention also comprises a combined insect production system characterized in that it comprises at least three modules isolated from the external atmosphere, arranged in a common enclosure, in particular a module comprising at least one insect breeding unit (1); a module comprising a unit for growing food plants for feeding the insects; and a module comprising a slaughter unit for the responsible slaughter of the insects; the invention also relates to a method for rearing insects.<br />
