Abstract

The container (1) comprises a number of side walls (2) meeting at corners (3), a bottom, and a top opening (4) with a detachable lid (5). At a corner (3) of the container, a curved corner section (11) of an inward directed ridge (8) of the lid (5) is provided with a bendable skirt section (12) being adapted to be bent to an outward directed position (12') in such a way that a central part of the curved corner section (11) of the inward directed ridge (8) of the lid (5) is levered away from an outward directed ridge (6) of the top opening (4) and that engagement between the corresponding ridges (6, 8) thereby is weakened in an area at said central part.
