1.สารสูตร I (สูตรเคมี)ซึ่ง X คือ CR6 หรือ N R1 คือ -SO2R7 S II R2 คือ CN หรือ -C-NH-R11 R3 และ R4 ร่วมกันกับไนโตรเจนที่หมู่ทั้งสองเชื่อมต่ออยู่ ด้วยเกิดเป็นวงแหวนที่มีอะตอมในวงแหวน 5 ถึง 7 อะตอมซึ่ง อาจเลือกให้ถูกแทนที่ และอาจเลือกให้มีเฮทเทอโรอะตอมชนิด อื่นได้หรือ R4 คือหมู่ Ar-Wn-, W คือหมู่อัลคิลลีนหรืออัลเค็นนิลลีน ที่อาจเลือกให้ถูกแทนที่ และเป็์นไปตามกรณีใดกรณีหนึ่งดัง นี้คือ a) n คือ 1 และ R3 คืออัลคิล, อัลเค็นนิล หรืออัลไค นิล ซึ่งแต่ละหมู่อาจเลือกให้เป็นชนิดที่ถูกแทนที่ หรือ เป็น Ar, หรืแท็ก :
