The compounds of the invention or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts have potent mPGES-1 inhibitory activity and can be used as agents for the treatment or prevention of mPGES-1-related diseases, such as, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, temporomandibular joint syndrome, low back pain, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, overactive bladder, malignant tumors or neurodegenerative diseases.
