Предлагаемый счетчик в сравнении с известными аналогичными счетчиками вл етс более простым по конструкции. Его конструктивна особенность заключаетс в том, что эксцентрик, сообщающий качательное движение вилке дл вращени храпового колеса, монтирован с ним на одной оси.The proposed counter, in comparison with the known similar counters, is simpler in construction.
