Description

Known machines for cutting smoked fish, which include a rotating drum, provided with longitudinal sockets for stacking fish, and a row of circular knives mounted above it, do not fix the fish in the drum sockets.

In the described machine, this disadvantage is eliminated by the fact that rotatable spring-loaded clamps in the form of two shoulders are installed on a rotating drum near the nests for fish, one ends of which are arcuate and others interact with a fixed fist.

The rotating drum /, provided with nests 2 for stacking fish 3, is mounted on shaft 4 driven from shaft 5 through V-belt, worm gear and gear bevel gears.

On the shaft 5, circular knives 6 for cutting fish are strengthened.

The drum / has annular slots 7 for the passage of circular knives 6.

In order to fix the fish in the slots 2 on the drum / rotary clamps in the form of double shoulders mounted on the rollers 8 are installed.
