Description

Spinning devices are known: munshtukov in the sleeve machine of the Elinson system, including a tube-twist, a feather, an ejector, and a spindle, driven by a system of gears and a toothed rack, connected to the lever with the eccentric. However, this device is complicated and inconvenient to maintain.

The proposed device is made more simply, it improves insertion of the mouthpiece into the sleeve jacket and differs from the known ones in that the tube is screwed into the axis of the device motionless and forms a cylindrical chamber with a fixed feather.

The instrument includes a spin 1, in which the extrusion mouthpiece takes place. The tube is fixed motionless in the base 2 of the device and forms with a fixed feather a regular cylindrical chamber in which there is a spindle 3 with the ejector 4.

On the manshna table, there are two

cushion 5 of the ejector slide 4, each of which has two cylindrical parallel holes in the rear part. In the lower hole, a sleeve 6 is mounted with a gear 7 and a retaining ring 8 fixed on the spindle 3. In the upper hole there is a roller with gear 9 and a transfer gear 10 interlocking with gear 7.

A gear 11 is coupled to gear 9 with screws fastened to lever 12 fixed on roller 13 in table stand 14, connected to roller 15 of finger 16 receiving movement from the seat pad, its shaft 17 of eccentric 18.

The lever 12 is connected with a bed 21 by means of a prulap 19 and a finger 20. In the base 21 a bolt 22 is fastened, equipped with a lock nut 23. The lever 12 rests on its head in its lowest position.

The mouthpiece feeds into the spindle when the roller 15 is at the highest point of the eccentric 18 and the spindle shelf 3 is aligned with the twist of the spin tube 1. Then the npi rotation of the ro machine: the infrared 15 hits the more eccentric 18 and the lever 12 action the springs 19 rotates around the roller 13. The rotary movement of the spindle is wrapped around the mouthpiece and the mouthpiece.

The bolt 22 serves so that after twisting the mouthpiece with the spindle 5, the lever 12 can be stopped in the desired position, i.e., so that the collapsed mouthpiece cylinder extended out of the twist tube by the ejector 4 does not fall into the cut with its edge (cutting line) that leads to the marriage of the mouthpiece and the liner paper.

During the ejection of the mouthpiece by the ejector 4, the spindle 3 is stationary, and during the reverse course of the ejector, the E1ppndel is reset.

The described process is sequentially repeated by both sides of the apparatus.
