Claims (1)

Иэобрете1те относитс  к метшшообработке, првдщзначено дл  обработки-отверстий в т йкх. и может быть  а1О)шзоваво при оконча тель ой обработке цил ищшческвх труб дл  гидро пневмо-   иде т чных деталей методом деформационного прот г ва    (дориовани ). Известен инструмент дл  раздачи труб, содержащий ступенчатую оправку с напрессованными на нее деформирующими колыщт, на оси оправки выполне а цшшндр ческа  расточка, в стенках оправки - радиальные отверсти , на торцах колец - радиальные пазы, сообщающиес  с отверсти ми оправки. Инструмент снабжен системой подачи рабочЫИ жидкости в образованные отверсти ми и ми каналы 1. Разделительной смазкой между поверхность трубы и рабочими кольцами при работе эт(У го инструмента  вл етс  паровой слой, ofr рвзующнйс  в результате нагрева рабочей жидкости в полости инструмента до температуры парообразовани , он работает только no предварительно нагретому до температуры деформировани  металла трубы. Недостатком зтого инструмента  вл етс  то, что дл  подготовки к работе он требует зар фси рабочей жидкостью полости и предварительной раздачи заходного конца трубы. На выходе из трубы после окончани  процесса раздачи инструмент нагреваетс  до температуры выше парообразовани  рабочей жидкости, что вызывает определенные неудобства при зксплуатации. Точность обработки отверспй таким инструментом невысока . Цель .изобретени  - повышение качества обработки. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что и вестный инструмент, содержащий полую оправку с насаженными на нее деформирую щими злементами, в стенках которой выполнеш 1 радиальные отверсти , а на торцах деформирующих злементов, обращенных один к другому, - радиальные пазы, а также источник рабочей жндкости дл  подачи ее в образованные отверсти ми и пазами каналы. 3,95 снабжен смонтированным в расточке оправки с возможностью осевого перемещени  ноnbFM штоком с поршнем, на наружной по верхности которого вьшолнена кольцева  про точка, соединенна  с полостью оттока и с одним из радиальных отверстий оправки, а полость штока соединена с источником рабочей жидкости, в качестве которой использована смазьшающа  жидкость. На чертеже показан общий вид предлагав мого инструмента, разрез. , Инструмент содержит корпуооправку 1, по оси оправки вьшолнено цилиндрическое отверстие с размещенным в нем подвижным злементом - полым пггоком 2 с поршнем, вьшолненным заодно со штоком. На поршне вьшолнена кольцева  проточка в, соединенна  с полостью г штока. В стенках ortравки предусмотрены радиальные отверсти  а дл  подвода смазочной жидкости к пазам б на торцах деформирующих элементов 3. Шток, установленный с возможностью воэвратно-поступательного движени  в полости оправки относительно радиальных отверстий в cTeincax, прследовательно распредел ет по ток смазочной жидкости к зонам обработки Рабочие элементы 3 с увеличиваю1цимис  к выходу диаметрами посажены на даишндрическую часть оправки, плотное прижатие друг к другу рабочих элементов и удержа и их в таком состо нии обеспечиваетс  гайкой 4, навинчивающейс  на переднюю часть Я1равки . Работу инструмента можно проследить на примете обработки отверсти  диаметром при прот гивании заготсшки из тр бы с диаметром отверсти  67 мм и толида пой стенки 10,5 мм, материал - цирконий ниобиевый вплав марки Э-125. Обработка производитс  на вертикальном прессе модели П-6330 с усилием 100 тс. Инструмент закрепл етс  в верхней траверсе пресса, отверстие в трубе раздают на размер WV1 с набором работа элемен тов JS. наружными диаметрами соответственно 67.50; 68,75, 70,35; 70,55; 70,06 + 70.08 мм. При обработке наружный диаметр трубы ув личиваетс  до 90 мм. упруга  усадка coctaB л ет 0,47 - 0,52 мм, величина упрочненно го сло  - 1000 - 1100 мкм. При движении инструментЕ вниз при подходе к верхнему торцу заготовки 5 в шток поступает смазочна  жидкость (масло индустриальное 20-30), котора  направл етс  через радиальные отверсти  в оправке к радиальным пазам на торцах первого деформирующего элемента. При последующем движении инструмента вниз, шток перемещаетс  вверх и последовательно распредел ет смазочную жи кость к деформирующим элементам. При обратном ходе инструмента шток возвращаетс  в нижнее исходное положение, деталь извлекаетс  из опорного стакана и цикл повтор етс . ЭконЬмический эффект от использовани  предлагаемого инструмента при изготовлении комплекта деталей на аппарат составл ет 50 тыс. руб. за счет уменьшени  припусков при окончательной обработке и замены операции расточки отверсти  на деформационное прот гивание без сн ти  металла. Формула изобретени  Инструмент дл  холодной (аздачи труб, содержащий полую оправку-с цасаженными на нее деформиру шщми элементами, в стенках кото рой выполнены радиальные отверсти , а на торцах деформирующих элементов, обращенных один к другому - радиальные пазы, а также источник рабочей жидкости дл  нодачн ее в образованные отверсти ми и пазами каналы, отличающиис  тем, что, с целью повьпиеки  качества обработки, он снабжен смонтированным в полости оправки с возможностью осевого перемещени  полым штоком с поршнем, на нар)окной по верхности которого вьшолнена кольцева  про точка, соединенна  с полостью штока и с ощшм из радиальных отверстий, а полость штока соединена с источником рабочей жидкости , в качестве которой использована смазьшающа  жидкость.
