Description
Изобретение относитс к- проиёводству катализаторов дл химической и нефтехимической промышленности, а именно дл процессов гидрировани органических соединений.
Известен мембранный катализатор дл гидрировани органических соеди-. нений в виде pd или его сплава 1 .
Применение такого катализатора позвол ет осуществл ть сопр женные химические процессы.
Недостаток этого катализатора состоит в высокой стоимости.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому катализатору вл етс мембранный палладиевый катализатор дл гидрировани органических соединений, получаемый путем вакуумной возгонки металлического паллади на полимерную пленку, нанесенную на упрочн ющую подложку, которыйсостоит из металлокерамической подложки на основе меди, никел , нержавеющей стали, полиорганосилоксанового полимера и активного компонента на основе паллади 2.
Этот катализатор содержит значительно меньшее количество дорогосто щего паллади , сохран при этом высокую активность.
Недостатками катализатора вл.чютс неравномерность толщины сло металла на большой площади полимерной пленки, вследствие чего недостаточ- . но эффективно используетс активный компонент-металлический палладий, а также ограниченность размеров напы- ленной пленки, что приводит к ограничению единичной мощности катали10 тической установки -гидрировани . Этот недостаток обусловлен малыми габаритами вакуумных камер, примен емых дл возгонки металла.
Кроме того, такой катализатор со15 держит палладий или его сплав в низкодисперсной форме и поэтому на изготовление единицы поверхности его расходуетс больше паллади .
