При этом получают 3,9 кг нерастворимого материала и 96,1 кг кле , содержащего клейстеризованный крахмал и протеины. Пример 5. Повтор ют пример 1 с той разницей, что клейстеризацию провод т в присутствии 0,5 и 2,0% окислител - надсульфата аммони .
