Изобретение относитс к средствам автоматизации процессов теплопередачи в тештообменных аппаратах , работающих с конденсацией теплоносител . Устройство дл автоматического регулировани температуры продукта , нагреваемого в подогревателе с линией отвода конденсата, содержащее регулирующий клапан, установлен ный на линии подвода теплоносител и св занный через регул тор с датчи ком температуры и корректирукзщим блоком. В качестве корректирующего блока в известном устройстве испопьзуют последовательно соединенные датчик расхода продукта и дифференциатор Недостатком известного устройства вл етс то, что в нем не устран на возможность отвода несконденсировавщегос теплоносител вместе с конденсатом. Это снижает экономич ность работы. Цель изобретени - повьшение эко номичности работы. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что устройство дополнительно содержит позиционный регул тор, установленный в линии св зи датчика температуры продукта с регул тором, а корректирующий блок выполнен в виде датчика температуры и установлен на линии отвода конденсата из теплообменника . На чертеже представлена схема устройства . Устройство содержит теплообменник 1, в которой по лини м 2 и 3 подают теплоноситель и продукт, а по лини м 4 и 5 отвод т конденсат и нагретый продукт. В линии 2 установлен регулирующий орган 6, св занный через регул тор 7 с датчиком 8 температуры конденсата и позиционным регул тором 9. Последний соединен с датчиком 10 температуры нагретого продукта.The invention relates to the automation of heat transfer processes in test-exchange apparatus operating with the condensation of a heat transfer medium. An apparatus for automatically controlling the temperature of a product heated in a preheater with a condensate drain line, containing a control valve installed on the coolant supply line and connected through the controller to a temperature sensor and a correction unit. A series-connected product flow sensor and a differentiator are used as a corrective unit in a known device. A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not eliminate the possibility of diverting the non-condensing heat carrier together with the condensate. This reduces the efficiency of work. The purpose of the invention is to increase the cost-effectiveness of the work. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device additionally contains a position controller installed in the communication line of the product temperature sensor with the controller, and the correction unit is designed as a temperature sensor and is installed on the condensate drain line from the heat exchanger. The drawing shows a diagram of the device. The device contains a heat exchanger 1, in which coolant and product are supplied along line 2 and 3, and condensate and heated product are removed along line 4 and 5. In line 2, regulator 6 is installed, connected via regulator 7 to condensate temperature sensor 8 and position regulator 9. The latter is connected to temperature sensor 10 of the heated product.
