Description

(St) METHOD FOR INTRODUCTION OF ENDOCARDIAL

II

This invention relates to medicine.

Известен способ введени  эндокардиального электрода путем введени  электрода в вену шеи до соприкосновени  с эндокардом под рентгенологическим контролем .There is a method of introducing an endocardial electrode by introducing an electrode into a vein of the neck before contact with the endocardium under x-ray control.

However, the endocardial electrode is difficult and dangerous to insert through narrow veins, especially in children, and in addition, the catheter can cause damage to the walls of the heart and veins.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method.

Эта цель достигаетс  тем,что способ введени  эндокардиального электрода осуществл ют путем введени  электрода в вену шеи до соприкосновени  с эндокардом под рентгенологическим контролем, контактную головку электрода с фиксирующими средствами перед введением покрывают смесью, состо щей из гепарина и пс лиглюкина в соотношении 1:2т8:9ЭЛЕКТРОДА .This goal is achieved by introducing the endocardial electrode by inserting the electrode into the vein of the neck before contact with the endocardium under X-ray control, the contact head of the electrode with fixing means is coated with a mixture consisting of heparin and ps liglucin in a 1: 2t8 ratio: 9 ELECTRODE.

The method is carried out as follows.

Immediately before the operation, 1-2 g of dough mixture is prepared from substances related to blood substitutes and dissolving in the blood without adverse effects, and the solvent. For example, powdered polyglucine is taken, and heparin is used as a solvent in the following weight ratios: 10-x, weight:

The resulting pasty mixture covers the contact head

15 electrodes with locking hooks. Then slightly heated, the coating mixture is dried up until it is completely hardened within 2-3 minutes.

Then, in a known manner, open

Claims (1)

А 61 N , 1978.JO external vein strap and the electrode head is inserted into it without the guiding catheter fitted, as the hardened mass reliably closes 390 sharp fixing hooks and prevents damage to the vein walls. Under control using x-ray equipment, push the electrode into the right heart until it comes into contact with the endocardium. The administration takes less than 5 minutes. After this time, the mixture covering the contact head begins to dissolve under the influence of blood and the fixing hooks protrude. By turning the electrode around its axis clockwise, the contact head is fixed in the wall of the endocardium. Then the distal end of the wire with the connector is conducted to the site of implantation of the pacemaker, and connected to the output connector. The proposed method speeds up the insertion procedure, increases safety, allows insertion of the electrode through narrow veins and its use for treating children, reduces (risk of damage to the walls of the veins and heart. Claim of the invention The method of insertion of the endocardial electrode by inserting the electrode into the neck vein before contact with the endocardium under radiological control, characterized in that, in order to simplify the method, the contact head of the electrode with fixing means is covered with a mixture consisting of heparin and liglyukina in the ratio 1: 2-8: 9.
