Description
(54) ИНТЕГРАЛЬНАЯ КОМБШ1ИРОВАННАЯ 14АГНИТНАЯ
I
Изобретение относитс к магнитной записи, а именно к интегральным комбинированным магнитным головкам.
Известна интегральна комбинированна магнитна головка, содержаща б пленочные обмотки, укрепленные между магнитными пленками. Головка имеет простую конструкцию 3Однако она не позвол ет обеспечить воспроизведение при достаточно ма- Ю лей относительной скорости движени носител магнитной записи.
Известна также интегральна комбинированна магнитна головка, соДер- цу жаща записывак цую пленочную обмот ку, размещенную внутри первого из диэлектрических слоев, укрепленного между первой и второй магнитными пленками, между которыми расположен jo рабочий зазор записи, и воспроизвод щую магниторезистивную пленку. Эта интегральна комбинированна магнитна головка позвол ет обеспечить воспроизведение при достаточно малой 26 ГОЛОВКА
относительной скорости движени носител магнитной записи j ZjНедостаток данной интегральной комбинированной магнитной головки состоит в значительных переходных помехах.
Цель изобретени - уменьшение переходных помех.
Это достигаетс тем, что в интегральную комбинированную магнитную головку введен магнитный элемент, состо щий из первого магнитного сло и из сопр женного с ним второго магнитного сло , сопр женного также со второй магнитной пленкой через второй диэлектрический слой, внутри которого размещена воспроизвод ща магниторезистивна пленка. При этом толщина второго магнитного сло меньше толщины первого магнитного сло , а магнитна проницаемость второго магнитного сло больше магнитной проницаемости первого магнитного сло .
На чертеже показана предлагаема интегральна комбинированна магнитна головка, вариант.
Интегральна комбинированна магнитна ,головка содержит записывающую пленочную обмотку 1, размещенную внутри первого диэлектрического сло 2, укрепленного между первой и. второй магнитными пленками 3 и 4. При этом между первой и второй магнитными пленками 3 и 4 расположен рабочий зазор записи. Головка содержит, кроме того, магнитный элемент, состо щий из первого магнитного сло 5 и из сопр женного с ним второго магнитного сло 6. Второй магнитный слой 6 сопр жен такАе со второй магнитной пленкой 4 через второй диэлектрический слой 7, внутри которого размещена воспроизвод ща магниторезистивна пленка 8. Толщина второго магнитного сло 6 меньше толщины первого магнитного сло 5. Магнитна проницаемость второго магнитного сло 6 больше магнитной проницаемости первого магнитного сло 5.
В предложенной интегральной комбинированной магнитной головке рабочий зазор- записи обеспечивает намагничивание носител магнитной записи в соответствии с записываемым сигналом, поступающим на записывающую пленочную обмотку 1. При этом воспроизвод ща магниторезистивна пленка 8 позвол ет обеспечить одновременное воспроизведение результата записи с носител магнитной записи .
Использование изобретени позвол ет в значительной степени уменьпшть переходные помехи. Изобретение может найти применение дл магнитной записи и воспроизведени цифровой информации.
