Изобретение относитс к промышлен ности строительных материалов и може быть использовано дл изготовлени коврюво-мозаичных плиток облицовочных из стекла, пластмассы, керамики дл отделки поверхностей зданий и сооружений. Наиболее близким техническим реше нием вл етс способ устройства мозаичного покрыти , включающий укладку на несущее основание мозаичного ковра на растворной смеси и выдержив ние последней до затвердевани 1П. Недостаток такого способа устройства мозакчного покрыти заключаетс в том, что его использование дл облицовки готовых бетонных и каменных стен и перегородок или полов в построечных услови х сопр жено со значительными трудозатратами и применением большого объема ручного труда по приготовлению и нанесению сло раствора , скрепл ющего коврово-мозаичное покрытие с облицуемой поверхностью. ЧТО снижает производительность отделочных работ. Кроме того, при -облицовке таким покрытием имеют место большие потери раствора, ухудшаетс качество облицовки . Цель изобретени - упрощение устройства покрыти и повышение его качества . Цель достигаетс тем, что в способе устройства мозаичного покрыти включающем укладку на несущее основание мозаичного ковра на растворной смеси и выдерживание последней до затвердевани , до укладки мозаичного ковра на его тыльной поверхности закрепл ют решетку, выполненную из водорастворимого материала, затем полости решетки заполн ют сухой растворной смесью, после чего несущее основание увлажн ют. The goal is achieved by the method of arranging a mosaic covering including laying a mosaic carpet on a carrier base on the mortar mixture and keeping the latter until it solidifies, before placing the mosaic carpet on its back surface to fix a water-soluble material, then fill the cavities of the grid the mixture, after which the carrier base is moistened. Fig. 1 shows an element of a carpet-mosaic covering, a slit, in Fig. 2, the same plan.
