Description
(54) SOLUTION FOR REMOVING POLISHING PRODUCTS FROM GLASS SURFACE
The invention relates to the treatment of optical parts made of inorganic glass, namely, to solutions for washing the polished surfaces of gallate-aluminate glass, and can be used in enterprises that process optical and special glasses. It is known that in optical production in the process of polishing optical children, a 1J water supply system is used to wash them from polishing products before controlling the quality of the treated surface. However, if washing the polished surfaces of parts from chemically resistant glasses with tap water to remove polishing products does not lead to leaching of the polished surfaces, then using the same water to wash parts from chemically unstable glasses (gallate-aluminate glasses) is unacceptable, since the glass is sharply hydrolyzed impairs the quality of the polished surface and does not allow to obtain suitable parts. The closest to the proposed composition is a washing solution 2, including, wt.%: Phosphoric acid 0.01-1.0 PAW 0.5-2 Distilled water The rest at a pH value of 1.2 - 4.0. However, this solution cannot be used for washing gallate-apuminate glasses, since the polished surface of the glass is leached. The purpose of the invention is to prevent leaching of the surface of chemically unstable glass. This goal is achieved by the fact that the solution additionally contains ammonium acetate in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Sulfuric or Orthophosphoric or hydrochloric acid 0.3-1.5 Ammonium acetate 0.5-2 Distilled water Else
3,35-5,05.Moreover, the pH of the cylothose is 3.35-5.05.
The invention is illustrated by specific examples, which are shown in the table, showing the results of testing the chemical stability of gallate-aluminate glass.
The application of the proposed solution will allow the polished surface of the optical parts to be preserved under the application of high-quality protective anti-reflective film, since the polishing products are washed away completely and
предотвращаетс выщелачивание стекла.leaching of glass is prevented.
