Изобретение относитс к вакуумной техник а именно к конструкци м турбомолекул рных насосов. Иэвестнь турбомолекул рные вакуумные .насосы, содержащие корпус с установленным в подшиташках ротором, св занным с приводной газовой турбиной ГИ.. Недостатком известных насосов вл етс низкое качество охлаждени подшшпшков. Цель изобретени - интенсификаци охлаждени нодшипников. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в корпусе в местах расположени подшипников выполнены дросселирующие сопла, подключенные к выходу газовой турбины. На чертеже изображен насос, продольный разрез. Турбомолекул рный вакуумный насос содержит корпус 1 с установленным в подшипниках 2 ротором 3, св танным с приводаой газовой турбиной 4, причем в корпусе I в местах расположени подшшпшков 2 вы о нены дросселирующие сопла 5, подключенные к выходу газовой турбины 4. Насос работает следующим образом. Рабочий газ подаетс на вход газовой турбины 4, посредством которой приводитс в движение ротор 3. -Далее рабочий газ с вькода газовой турбины 4 поступает к соплам 5, где дросселирует и вследствие понижени та пературы более зффективно отводит тепло ot подшипника 2.
