Description

The subject of the invention is a vacuum dryer for fabrics, consisting of several steam-heated, substantial drums placed in a common cylindrical chamber, roller labyrinths, and an air removal condenser as well as moisture.

The described drum core is characterized by higher productivity and requires less steam consumption due to the fact that steam-heated drying drums are mounted between the inner surface of the cylindrical chamber and the rollers drawn to the fabric, contributing to the coverage of the rollers, and also a single vacuum chamber equipped with three-dimensional roller labyrinth.

The drum dryer consists of a cylindrical chamber /, resting on two supports 2 and provided inside with a supporting hollow stand 3, to which are attached brackets with bearing supports for steam-heated tumble dryers 4. Steam into drums 4 is supplied through a pipe 5 and a channel inside the stand 3, and the condensate is drained through pipe 6.

In the center of the cylindrical chamber / on the annular frame 7 attached to the rack 3, the rollers 8 are mounted, pressing the fabric to the drums 4, and the leading H1 center 9, which is meshed with gears 10, rigidly fastened with each of the drums 4. Gear 9 is driven into rotation through the drive device 11. At the bottom of the cylindrical chamber /, the anti-floor drive, there is a condenser 12. The fabric is introduced and removed through a vacuum gauge 13, equipped with three parallel rows of rollers. The labyrinth for the passage of tissue is formed by the upper row of rollers 14, the middle row of rollers 15 and the lower row of rollers 16..

To dry the pressed fabric is passed between the rollers 15 and 16 of the vacuum chamber 13, circled inside the chamber 1 between the drums 4 and the rollers 8 and between the rollers 14 and 15 of the chamber 13, then removed from the dryer.

During the drying process, the drums 4 are driven into rotation, steam is supplied through pipe 5, and condenser 12 discharges moisture from the chamber / air and evaporated from the fabric.

2. The form of execution of substance n. 1, characterized in that the roller labyrinths for input and output of fabric from the dryer are mounted in a common vacuum chamber and are made in the form of three parallel rows of rollers.
