Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а более конкретно к устройствам дл восстановлени функции суставов. Известен эндопротез тазобедренного сустава, содержащий эндопротез вертлужной впадины, выполненный в виде сферической чаши с выступами на наружной поверхности, и сопр женный с ним эндопротез проксимального конца бедренной кости, выполненный в виде головки с шейкой и ножкой Cll Недостатком известного эндопротеза вл етс травматичность при стыко ке эндопротеза вертлужной впадины с эндопротезом проксимального конца бед ренной кости.6 Цель изобретени - надежна фиксаци эндопротеза вертлужной впадины в кости и снижение травматичности при стыковке эндопротеза вертлужной вп ны с эндопротезом проксимального кон ца бедренной кости. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в зндопротезе тазобедренного сус тава, содержащем эндопротез вертлужной впадины, выполненный в виде сферической чаши с выступами на наружной поверхности, и сопр женный с ним эндопротез проксимал.ьного конца бёдренной кости, выполненный в виде головки с шейкой и ножкой, на головке выполнены две диаметрешьно расположенные лыски, а на торце сферической чаши выполнен буртик, при этом выступы чаши выполнены в виде заостроенных спиралей. На фиг. 1 изображен эндопротез тазобедренного сустава, общий виду на фиг. 2 - вид А на фиг. 1. Эндопротез состоит из сферической чаши 1 с заостренными спирал ми 2 и буртиком 3, а также из головки 4, выполненной заодно с шейкой 5 и ножкой 6 с окном 7. Внутренн полость чаши 1 и наружна поверхность головки 4 выполнены сферическими. Две лыски 8 на головке 4 предназначены дл торо, чтобы можно было ввести головку 4 в полость чаши 1 и вывести из нее в одном определенном положении головки 4 относительно чаши 1.
