Description
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of processing. The goal is achieved by using hydrazine hydrate in the amount of 1-5 mg / l as a nibibing agent in the method of bactericidal water treatment of circulating systems. Microscopic analysis was performed at doses of hydrazine hydrate of less than I mg / l on the glass panes, zoolean accumulations of bacteria, 1 fusoria1, and actinomycetes were found. Increasing the dose over 5 mg / l is impractical for economic reasons and does not increase the degree of treatment. The method is carried out as follows. Before starting, the circulating system is thoroughly cleaned of biofouling AND mechanical impurities and filled with water. On the first day, hydrazine hydrate is injected in an amount of 5 mg / l, on all subsequent days, the dose is kept constant from 1 to 5 mg / l. As a criterion for the quality of recycled water, the following indicators established by the experimental method are taken: the total microbial number (TMS) is 115500 individuals / ml and the growth rate of biomass (SRV) is 0.01131 g / m7 h. When these indicators are exceeded, the quality of the circulating water deteriorates and the system becomes more difficult to operate. TBC is determined by a known method. Example 1. The circulatory water system molded. Baths at. forming polycaprodmide fibers is thoroughly cleaned of biofouling and mechanical impurities. The system is washed and filled with used water. The first day is treated with a single dosage of hydrazine hydrate-5 mg / l. Then water is treated with a dose of 1 mg / l after six days (the time required for accumulation in the caprolactam system), the solution is transferred to the regenerator. ation. TBC and SRV on the sixth day composed-; lt, respectively, 8000 wasps / ml and 0.00167. Comparative data of the known and proposed methods are presented in the table.
