Особенность способа заключаетс в том, что шкуры акул, отмочеиные в растворе формалина и сульфата аммоии , иодвергают после мездреии и промывки дублению, вначале в растворе формалина, а затем памазью хромовым экстрактом по бахтарме. Способ позвол ет получать выделанные шкуры необходимой прочности с полной сохранностью чешуек на лицевой стороне. Дл этого шкуры акул мокро-соленогс консервировани подвергают .отмочке в чане при ЖК-1:4 и температуре 16-22° с добавлением в отмочную воду 40-60 г/л сульфата аммоии и 40%-ного раствора формалина из расчета 4% веса мокро-соленых шкур. Процесс ведут 18-24 час. с переборками через каждые 4-6шс-После отмочки шкуры подвергают мездрению до удалени прирезей м са. Мездрение ведут вручную на колоде, нослечего шкуры промывают 10- 20 мин. чистой водой, имеюшей температуру 18-20°, с добавкой 0,5 г/л кальцинированной соды. При этом особое внимание обран,ают на отмывку загр знений лицевого чешуйчатого сло шкуры. После этих операций шкуры подвергают дублению. Дубление в растворе формалина ведут при ЖК-1:4 и температуре 18-20°. В ванну внос т 40%-ный раствор формалина в ко.личестве 6% веса шкур и поваренную соль в количестве 6-7%, веса шкур. (Процесс ведут 20-24 час- с переборками через каждые 2-3 час. Хромовое дубление ведут намазью хромовым экстрактом ио бахтарме , после чего шкуры подвергают 8-12-часовой пролежке, нейтрализуют путем обработки водой с добавкой соды, затем промывают чистой водой и снова пролеживают при 20-25° в течепие 2-3 час.
