Description
This invention relates to the transportation and storage of liquid fuels. It is known that during transportation and storage of liquid fuel, it is emulsified with water contained in tankers. There is a known method for the destruction of oil emulsions, in which surfactants demulsifiers are introduced into the oil to destroy the oil-water emulsion, which cause the destruction of the oil emulsion {1, There is also known a method of preventing the formation of stable oil emulsions, that use oil-soluble surfactant demulsifiers. Such surfactants are introduced into the oil during its operation. The surfactant composition includes the following additives: demulsifying - diproxamine 157; anticorrosive - acid ether pentadecyl succinic acid; Antioxidant — Ionol Antifoam — Popixyloxane Liquid 2 However, when a contact is made of an oil containing a surfactant with water, an emulsion is formed. The purpose of the invention is to prevent the formation of water-in-water emulsions during transportation and chopping of liquid fuels. This goal is achieved by introducing water-soluble, non-inorganic water in the water layer. Surfactant, and then loaded into the tank or liquid fuel tank. When fuel is layered on water, a toushvo-water interface is formed, surfactant molecules are adsorbed at the interface and provide a small interphase in the bone and prevent colloidal colloidal fluorescent surfactants in the fuel, which contribute to the formation of water-1x emulsions. use block (ethylene oxide to propylene sholimer, the ratio of oxides can be 20:80 - 80:20, as well as ethoxylated compounds containing iirnKVu oxides in which not less than 50%, the consumption of surfactants is in the limit 0.1 -. 0.001% The peculiarity of the method is to introduce the surfactant into a water layer and then layering fuel water This prevents the formation of water-fuel emulsion in transportation and storage .topliva..
