Description

Предлагаетс  дл  кислого или основного конвертеров применение линзообразных днищ, отличающихс  тем, что, с целью увеличени  их стойкости в осевой части, поверхность днища, обращенна  внутрь конвертера, изготавливаетс  выпуклой .It is proposed for sour or basic converters to use lenticular bottoms, characterized in that, in order to increase their durability in the axial portion, the bottom surface facing the inside of the converter is made convex.

Линзообразное днище может быть выполнено 3 трех вариантах (фиг. 1, 2 и 3).Lenticular bottom can be made in 3 of three options (Fig. 1, 2 and 3).

По первому варианту (фиг. 1) днище имеет вид выпукло-вогнутой линзы. Преимущество этой формы заключаетс  в возможности применени  форм одинаковой длины дл  всего сечени  днища и уменьщить размер воздущной коробки, придав ей форму чечевицы. Последнее позвол ет сделать специальные смотровые окна у периферийных фурм.In the first embodiment (Fig. 1) the bottom has the form of a convex-concave lens. По второму варианту (фиг. 2) днище имеет плоско-выпуклую форму . В этом сл5чае необходимо иметь фурмы различной длины, увеличивающиес  от периферии к центру днища.
