Abstract

A mechanical support system for printed circuit boards comprising n identical elementary sub-assemblies assembled together, n being any positive integer, each sub-assembly comprising a moulded plastics mounting plate having fixed on one of its surfaces means by sliding cooperating complementary fixing devices on one of the two surfaces of m printed circuit boards so that the m printed circuit boards are fixed side by side on one surface of said mounting plate, the number m lying between one and four. M connectors for the "high-level" signals are each integral respectively with one of the m printed circuit boards, each connector comprising p male connections which plug into p female connections disposed in p of four holes in said mounting plate, said female connections being crimped on output wires, the number p lying between one and four; and a connector for the "low-level" signals snap fitting into anchor clips forming a part of said mounting plate.

(54) V-МОНТАЖНАЯ СТОЙКА Изобретение относитс  к радиоэлек рбнике и может быть использовано в монтажник стойках дл  установки печатных плат и систем из печатных плат. Известна монтажна  стойка, содержаща  панель с установочными эл ёментами и направл ющими пазами, размбщенньпии йа двух противоположных торцовых поверхност х, разъем, установленный на одной из свободных торцовых поверхностей панели, и печатные платы с.разъемами 1. Недостатком известной монтажной стойки  вл етс  то, что она не рбеспечивает удобной эксплуатации размещени  разъемов и направл ющих, а также не может быть использована дл  монтажа и размещени  большого , количества различных печатных плат с большим количеством соединений кзза средств креплени , размещенных на рабочей поверхности печатных плат, занимающих их полезную площадь, не обеспечивает удобного доступа к монтажу и быструю замен емость печатных плат.: Целью изобретени   вл етс  расширение функциональных возможностей и, повышение удобств эксггпуатации. . Y Цельдостигаетс  тем, что в известной монтажной стойке, содержащей панель с установочными элементами и направл ющими пазами, размещенными на двух противоположных торцовых поверхност х , разъем, установленный на одной из свободных тррцовых поверхностей панели, и печатные платы с разъемами, на поверхности панели выполнены дополнительные направл ющие пазы, а на ее другой свободной торцовой поверхности выполнены контактные .гнезда, разъемы печатных плат установлены на их передних торцовых поверхност х и снабжены стержн ми с фиксирующими штыр ми, закрепленными на печатйых платах, причем стерж-ни с фиксирующими штыр ми размещены.. в.дополнительных направл ющих пазах панели, с возможностью взаимодействи  разъемов с контактными гнездами панели.. Монтажна  стойка содержит панель 1 с направл к цими пазами 2 и установочными элементами 3, 4 с отверсти ми 5 и б, разъем 7, в который устанавливаетс  панель 1 своими контактными лапками 8, печатные платы 9 с разъемами 10, которые имеют руко тку 11 дл  ввода и вывода печатной платы 9 из панели 1, на поверхности панели 1 выполнены дополнительные направл ющие форме ласточкина хвоста , разъемы 10 печатных , плат 9 снабжены стержн ми 13с фиксирующими штыр ми 14, закрепленными в печатных платах 9, причем указанные стержни 13 выполнены в- сечении в форме ласточкина хвоста дл  скольжени  в дополнительном направл ющем пазу 12 панели 1, при этом койтактные штифты 15 размещены в прорез х 1б разъема 10, при этом контактные штифты 15 поддерживаютс  на месте с помощью вкладыша 17, руко тка 11 имеет основание 18, закрывающее печатную плату 9, на основании 18 выполнены найравл к цие прорези 19 в форме ласточкина хвоста , служащие дл  размещени  этикетки с надпис ми, например такие, как этикетка 20, основ а,ние 18 имеет отверстие 21, позвол ющее оператору с пометцью помещенной за печатной платой 9 система визуального контрол  (на чертеже условно не показана) контролировать правиль зость работы печатной платы 9.
