Description

This invention relates to known devices for automatically lubricating tinned radiator tubes with flux by passing them between two rollers.

A distinctive feature of the proposed adaptation is that the rolls are covered with felt and placed in a flux bath, where only the lower roll is partially immersed in the vavn, and the upper roll is provided with longitudinal grooves designed to receive the flux supplied by the articular chain covering the upper roll and immersed in the flux bottom.

Under the bottom of the bath 1 there is an electric stove 2 for heating the flux poured into the bath.

In the body of the bath, two rolls 5 and 4, which are covered with felt, are mounted freely on the axes. Between the rolls through the window of the bath / already passes the tube 5 of the radiator. The roller is provided with longitudinal grooves 6 for receiving flux. The flux poured into the bath 1 is washed only partially by the roll 5, and the flux is fed to the roller 4 by the articular chain 7. The chain 7 covers the roller 4 and is lowered into the flux. The flux raised by the chain 7 enters the grooves 6 of the roller 4, impregnates the felt, and thus the tube 5 is passed through the rollers and lubricated on all sides. When leaving the tub, the tube is automatically cut to the required length by the cutter 8.
