Description

Existing methods for producing lightweight artificial stones, used as thermo insulating wall and structural materials, are associated with the use of natural rocks (tripoli, diatomite, etc.) or with the introduction of organic burnable additives into mineral bulk (peat, peat , coal, etc.). This deprives entire regions of the Union of the possibility of producing lightweight stones, or complicates the technology of their production.

According to the invention, a method is proposed for producing porous artificial stones and aggregates for lightweight concrete based on fly ash coal stoves and clay.

For these purposes, it is proposed to use high dispersion of pulverized ash - entrainment of CHP and other boiler plants, which provides a high porosity of products (stones) formed from fly ash on clayey grease according to the known dry method of brick production. The dosage of ash and clay in the powder by weight can vary from 0.6 to 2.5 parts of ash per 1 part of clay, with the result that, after burning products at a temperature of 900-1100, stones with temporary resistance are compressed from 7 to 100 kg / cm and a bulk weight from 0.5 to 1.4 g / w, while maintaining the material full water resistance. This type of stone can be used as wall material in masonry, as thermal insulation products and thermal inserts in wall structures.

Higher firing (before sintering) of the products gives, without heaving, sintering porous material, suitable as a lightweight aggregate in concrete.

Subject invention

900-1100 .A method of obtaining porous artificial stones and aggregates for lightweight concrete, characterized in that the fly ash of coal furnaces are mixed by a dry method of brick production with low-melting clay in a ratio of 0.6 to 2.5; 1 and burned at 900-1100.
