The invention relates to devices for periodically pulling the warp threads on weaving looms while making shawls and means pulling the fringe in an automatic way.

A distinctive feature of the device is the application for periodically turning a shaft on a machine coupling coupling, mounted on the crankshaft of the machine and controlled from a cam rotating from the main dial mechanism of the machine.
